Link your Fidget
On your Fidget, open Settings > Link. It shows a short code - type it here.
Your Fidget needs WiFi to link. On it, open Settings > Setup WiFi, join your Fidget's WiFi from your phone, then pick your home network.

Confirm on your Fidget
Your Fidget is asking to link to your account. Press OK on it to finish.
Your Fidget said no
Someone pressed Not me on the Fidget, so it isn't linked. If that was a mistake, open Settings > Link on your Fidget for a new code.
It stays linked as before. If that was a mistake, open Settings > Link on your Fidget for a new code.
Your Fidget didn't answer
The link wasn't confirmed on the Fidget in time. Open Settings > Link on your Fidget for a new code.
It stays linked as before. To link it again, open Settings > Link on your Fidget for a new code.
Once linked, changes reach your Fidget over WiFi whenever it checks in.
